Known as a great function venue and place of numerous netball quiz nights, the Herdsman Lake Tavern is a great first up choice to kick of MPR. This unassuming pub is centrally located and is home to the $30 Lamb Shank winter special. We'll see if the Herdy can out-do the Hydey in the eyes of the MPR reviewers.
